The Women, Children and Youth Committee (WCYC) met to elect its new Chairperson and Deputy Chairperson for the next one year, following the conclusion of the Fourth Session.

The members, through a show of hands and by majority decision, elected Hon’ble Lhaba Lhaba, Member from Khatoed–Laya Constituency, as the new Chairperson of the Committee and Hon’ble Phuntsho Dendup, Member from Nubi–Tangsibji Constituency, was elected as the Deputy Chairperson of the Committee.
